Grow With Us – Mentee Application

Apply to the Grow With Us Pilot Program

The Grow With Us program is the first mentorship and education pilot from the Higher Being Collective, powered by the OCS Social Impact Fund. We’re selecting 10 women in Ontario’s legal canna industry to receive one year of personalized mentorship, professional training, and access to business tools that help turn goals into growth.

If you’re not selected for this cohort — don’t worry. You’ll still be part of the Higher Being Collective community, with access to events, group mentorship sessions, webinars, and resources to help you rise in your career or business.

Program Benefits for Selected Mentees

  • 1:1 and group mentorship with experienced cannabis industry leaders

  • CannSell Expert Certification 

  • Company incorporation via OWNR to start or register your business

  • 1-year GoDaddy domain name to build your digital presence

  • 1-year Microsoft 365 and Canva Pro licenses for business productivity and design

  • Access to monthly workshops, community events, and seminars

  • Co-op placement opportunities with industry partners

  • Participation in a final showcase to highlight your achievements

  • Lifetime membership in the Higher Being Collective network

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must:

  • Identify as a woman (including trans and non-binary people comfortable in a women-centered space)

  • Be 19+ and reside in Ontario

  • Be working in or aspiring to join the legal Canadian canna industry

  • Commit to participating in mentorship, workshops, and community events for 12 months

  • Share the Higher Being Collective values of mentorship, education, and inclusion
